History

The Draconian Empire
Much is not known about the Draconian Empire, but one thing is for sure, that they ruled over the entire Tarturus Constellation and perhaps they ruled beyond it. The Draconians were fierce warriors that developed a unique way of transport that traveled across the stars and invaded most of the worlds, making them part of their vast empire. It was because of the Draconians that most worlds in the Inlands were colonized, even the most hostile worlds, like Rakis, Devil’s Deep and among others.

They also built vast shipyards and space stations to harbor their vast fleet of ships through out their domain, among the colossus constructions the two most impressive at the time, where The Keep– a space station – and the Quntum Shipyards or Dragonwright Shipyards – where the Draconians build their entire fleet, but the last shipyards’ location is still unknown.

It is not known what really happened to cause their downfall and to all die out, but their reminiscence of their mighty civilizations remained scattered across the Tarturus Constellation. One of the most well known theories and it is seen to be the most believable one, not to say one of the most accurate was the Salater’s Theory. This theory stated that something had happen to the Draconian Empire and shows different proves that the Draconians simply died out caused by the unknown plague that wiped them out. Also he stated that the Draconians even tried to develop a cure for this disease, but it was already too late for them to be saved.

Age of Discovery
An Explorer and philosopher by the name Salater Wickis came to Thyferra, when certain ruins where discovered. Salater was long time defender that the Corellian System was created by far more developer race called the Ancients. Of course  these were the times when the Republic had just formed, and people where far great concerned with cientific evidence then with philosophical and mythical theories of ancient civilizations, who had little evidence that existed.

A few months later Salater and other known philosophers arriving at Thyferra, they discovered proofs of a race called the Builders or by their primitive name the Rekata existed. They also discovered an old recording device and several stone writings and small rotating stone disk. Salater not trusting the military General in charge of the expedition he hid the stone disk, without anyone noticing and just few days later he was glad he did it. The General concerning by the recording of the second ancient species called the Draconians that supposedly appointed to the destroying the Rakata Empire (AKA The Infinite Empire), he didn’t wanted the Republic to have another enemy, so he ordered the destruction of any evidence about the second species and the Republic charted that region as a dangerous place, prohibiting any explorer to roam that region of space. Several people in key positions created to reinsure that the called Unknown Regions was a deadly place creating several lies that made people believe it was too dangerous to that place.

The Republic send several scientists who discovered little and the Republic Scientific Ministry admitted that these Builders where the ones responsible for the creation of the Corellian System. However Salater theorized that these Rekata may be advanced, but hadn’t enough technology to create a System, due to stone disk he had stolen to the expedition to Thyferra.

This of course created an outraged in the Philosophical and Scientific Ministries and Salater fell into shame and he was eventually cast out by his fellow philosophers, when lies to destroy his reputation, by simply believing that Salater’s theories of another ancient and powerful race beside the Builders was responsible for the creation of the Corellian System, was too ridiculous, that enemies of the Republic could use it to their benefit, just for the Republic itself had a deadly. That didn’t destroy Salater convictions that Rakata didn’t build the Corellian System, motivated by his own Corellian heritage, Salater decided to get funds to create a new expedition and was able to convince the Prince of Alderaan to fund the expedition.

Salater discover that the stone disk pointed to a planet named Galloriaskus and used the stone disk to set the direction towards that planet. The expedition quickly turned to a nightmare, since of the five ships that made the expedition only one arrived to its destination with several damages.

Salater was the first to set foot on Galloriaskus and they were received by the local habitants. The local habitants began to call the planet Gallor and Salater decided to put the named the planet Gallor as the local habitants.

Salater and the surviving expedition returned to Alderaan, with several minerals and plants. The Prince of Alderaan was impressive to footage and saw that Gallor was like twin sister to Alderaan. Enthusiastic about the discovery the Prince sent several others expeditions to Gallor and began the colonization of Gallor, and gave more funds for future Salater’s expeditions.

Due to the reports of the surviving people of the first expedition to Gallor, only enforced the lies of the key people in the Republic that the Unknown Regions was very dangerous place for people to adventure, but for Salater the expedition itself was full of bad lucks or even perhaps hunted, but never believed the Unknown Regions as the dangerous place.

As they began to discover more planets, more evidences began to surface about the Draconians and Salater end up in naming a large region of space as Tarturus Constellation and divided it into two regions the area where several planets were discovered was named the Inlands and the area that needed to be discovered was named the Expanse.

A few years later, – around 25 thousand years ago – Salater was last seen to fly towards the Expanse and never to be seen or heard again. What he left behind and remain his legacy was his manuscripts that contained his celebrated theory that quickly became the first source about the Draconian Empire, because without this theory, the galaxy would never known about the Draconian Empire, despise the effort of several individuals that soon decided not to stop Salater’s Theory, since they believe the Draconians like the Rakatans were long dead.

The Maslo’s Prophacy
It was only several decades after the discovered that the Jedi finally arrived to Tarturus Constellation to resolve the dispute between the Gallorians and the Alderaanians colonists. Jedi Maslo Sed came to the system and was overwhelmed how the Force was strong in that region. Maslo investigated, after the permission of Jedi Council to investigation the reason for the unusual presence in the Force.

No one knows what the events that Maslo in Gallor were, but Alderaaninans authorities discovered the personnel that accompanied Jedi Maslo Sed dead and Maslo was found full of blood in their hands acting crazy saying that this region needed to be destroyed, that this region would bring destruction and death to the galaxy. Maslo then repeated several times the same thing and without noticed he attacked the authorities, killing several with his lightsaber, after he was finally forced the authorities to kill Maslo, before he could kill any more innocent lives.

The Jedi Council was troubled by this indication and debated for long time and decided for the time being the Tarturus Constellation forbidden for any Jedi and the prophecy to be forgotten in the Jedi Library at Ossus. In time, Gallor and the other planets discovered suffered greatly in the upcoming centuries, by this rule, since most of the colonists felt abandoned by the Republic and the Jedi and this open the chance for the Klainers to invade several worlds, including Gallor.

It was several Centuries later a Jedi Scholar by the name Garlio Faknix was sent by the Jedi Council, with task force to investigate the insurgents called Klainers invaded the planet Gallor. A bloody war ensue and the Gallorians with the help of enemy faction of the Klainers who opposed the ruling Klainer faction and the Republic where able to free Gallor and the Inlands of the Klainers, who eventually disappeared without any trace.

Garlio Faknix remain in the system and proven to the Jedi Council, that despised the overhelmed strength of the force in the region, it was safe for Jedi Knights and even said it was good place to train the future generation of Jedi Scholars in this place. The Jedi Council, despised Garlio’s recommendation, they didn’t allowed the future Jedi Scholars to be studied there, since the Jedi Code didn’t permit it, but they decided to remove the rule that the Inlands was place not allowed by the Jedi Knights.

The open age of the Jedi Council, open the commerce and immigration to the system who developed the Inlands to the rest of the Galaxy, making possible the investigation and discovery of other worlds in the Inlands.

The Spice Wars
During the golden age of the Republic, Gallor and other worlds in the Inlands didn’t made part of the republic due to the mistrust that created during the large immigration to the region, since many of these immigrants where the people who was forced to leave, due to monetary problems, people who did not trust the policies of the Republic, or renegades. Basicly was formed by people who did not trust the Republic with their lives, especially when the discovery of the Planet Rakis and the commercialization of new brand of spice called Mélange.

The War of the fifteen years (also known as The Spice Wars), is consider amongst several wars of the region one of the bloodiest and perhaps the bloodiest that Rakis even the Inalnds ever saw. At the time a human spicelord, named Chine, the Fair, was in control of the planet Rakis, because he was the wealthiest at the time. In that period a large mounts of spice were being harvested and Chine had not enough transporters to take that amount of spice off planet, so he hired the Trade Federation to make the transportation.

It was a matter of time, before the Trade Federation arrived with an invasion force to take over the planet. The Chine, minor spicelords and the Hutts, trying to protect their interests fought against the Droid Army of the Trade Federation. During the battle, the Hutts army turned against the Chine and other spicelords, almost decimating its task force, thus revealing that the Hutts had strike a deal with the Trade Federation. The Chine was able to escape into the vastness of the desert with few of its people, knowing that soon they would face death. However a group of Sadukar found the Chine and its people and knowing he was captured them to be taken to the Sadukar Council to face a trial for crimes against the Sadukar people. Upon Chine telling about the recent events, the Sadukar council began preparations to take young children to Alexandria the Sadukar capital and unconquerable city of the Sadukar.

The Trade Federation turned their focus to eliminate the resistance that the Sadukar opposed and with several days a huge attack almost crippled the Sadukar almost permanently, if it was not for the Chine warning. The Sadukar reluctantly accepted the Chine into his people to fight against the Trade Federation.

After fifteen years of bloody battles, the Sadukar finally attacked the Trade Federation palace on Kioden – capital city of Rakis – and they were able to decimate the high command of the Trade Federation on Rakis. The Hutts however had planned this and upon waiting to the right time, they attacked the Sadukar warriors inside the palace catching them by surprise and bloodshed then ensue. Only a few of the Warriors that attacked the palace survived the massacre. The Chine died that day, giving his life for the Sadukar and for the freedom of Rakis.

After the Fifteen years of war, the Hutts became the uncontested and the richest of the spicelords and have total domination over the largest harvest of spice mélange on Rakis, because they have taken control of the Chine and Trade Federation spice business, becoming the prime rulers of Spice commerce.

The formation of the Melange Cartel was formed, making the powerful of the region and the criminal organization of the Region, but in time other organization and commercial Alliances appeared in the region that rivaled the Melange Cartel, like for example the Lucian Alliance.

The Clone Wars
The small presence of the Trade Federation in the system diminished after the lost of the control of the Spice mélange, was no problem for the Melange Cartel and the other planets, until the Confederacy of Independent Systems, who was able to convince the ruler of Klain to join the Confederacy, while The Republic set their base of operation in Gallor which was offered by King Yu Seifer.

By the end of year 2 of the clone wars Jedi Knight Delian Serti and his Padawan Anika Tonks, leaded the 82º company of Clone Troopers where one of five companies sent to the region and

In the middle of the Clone Wars a task force led by Jedi Padawan Anika Tonks and the Commander of the 82º Clone Trooper Company, named Sage were sent to investigate Seperatists insurgents on the planet Vendraxes. The task force suffered great casualties, which forced Anika and Sage into hiding. There something that never was supposed to happen, it happened naturally. Anika and Sage fell in love and began a serious romance, they were eventually rescued and flee from the planet, but they continue their romance in secret.

For the next year several battles ensued, provoking great instability in the system. But nothing was compared with the devastation of Klain. The Republic forces, led by Delian Serti and Anika Tonks attacked the remaining forces of the Confederacy in the system, in middle of the battle Republic Capital Ship was hit severely that destroyed the engines of the ship. Klain’s gravity, pulled the damaged capital ship into its surface. The collision of the capital ship caused to killing of all living things on the planet, making it a waste land.

After the defeat of the Confederacy in the Inland the Republic forces for the next few months patrolled the Region and eliminated any Separatist insurgencies that may rise in the system. During this period Anika with the 82º Company was sent to Corsal to stop the insurgents stayed on the planet for that period to resolve the situation, while Delian stayed with another Company on Vendraxes.

When everyone thought that stability had finally arrived into the Inlands, Order 66 was activated by Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, Anika was with Sage, when he appointed the weapon towards her, and began to hesitate in firing the weapon, Anika surprised by the situation tried to convince him what has happen, when Sage realized that he couldn’t kill the woman she loved. Sage dropped his weapon beg Anika for forgiveness and explained her that he received orders to kill the Jedi, but he couldn’t kill her. It was that moment she felt great disturbance in the Force and fell all across the galaxy the death of several Jedi Knights, but couldn’t feel her Master Delian.

Anika and Sage reunited with the rest of the 82º Company and debated what to do, but they all come to the conclusion that something was wackword in a way couldn’t kill Anika. After the proclamation of Palpatine and the formation of the Empire, Anika came to the conclusion that Palpatine was the Sith Lord, that the Jedi Order was betrayed by Supreme Chancellor Palpatine Sage saw that they have been probably fighting in the wrong side of the war. Anika decided she wanted to search for her Master Delian, so Sage order that probably the rest of the Clones, his brothers probably obeyed Order 66 and they were not be trusted. While Sage, Anika (in disguised as Clone Trooper) and small task force of the 82º went to Vendraxes to search for Jedi Knight Delian, while the rest went in the search of safe heaven.
